Film and the art of storytelling has long been a passion of mine, because it affords me a creative outlet to ignite my imagination and bring ideas to life. Coupled with my desire to shed light on the beauty of the human condition and to explore the huge world we live in, it gives me a chance to grow as a human being with each new artistic endeavor I set out to accomplish.
I recently had the amazing opportunity to have my work used in an Oprah Winfrey segment for Matt Logelin. Please take a moment to visit the Liz Logelin Foundation and Matt's Blog to hear his heartfelt, inspiring story. Click here to view the video I shot with Matt and Maddie.
COMING SOON: THE LEGEND OF THE KALIKIMAKA
Last November, Jeff Willmitt set out to build a small-scale Chloe Hawaiian plantation train for 14 children with Autism. I have always been fascinated by the fluid motions and artistry that dancers display--which is why I enjoy filming or shooting them whenever the opportunity arises. Click here to check out a recent video shoot in my favorite piece of equipment--the glidecam.
I love the animated cartoon series Shaun the Sheep. When my children and I are nestled on the couch watching this show, nothing else in the world really matters.
